Polydextrose is a polysaccharide composed of randomly crosslinked glucose, which is formed by high temperature melting and polycondensation of glucose,a small amount of sorbitol and citric acid.Polydextrose is a polymer of glucose molecules. The average degree of polymerization is higher than  Resistant Dextrin.Polydextrose is mainly bond by  α- 1-6 keys.

Product Description

Polydextrose is a 100% water-soluble dietary fiber. Glucose and some sorbitol, end groups and citric acid or phosphoric acid residues are connected to the polymer by a single bond or diester bond through random condensation condensation polymers. They are obtained by melting. It is a white or almost white powder, easily soluble in water, with a solubility of 70%. Sweet and delicious, no special taste. It has health care functions and can provide human body with water-soluble dietary fiber.

APPLICATION:

1. Health products: direct taken directly such as tablets, capsules, oral liquids, granules, dose 5~15 g/day; as the addition of dietary fiber ingredients in health products: 0.5%~50%

2. Products: bread, bread, pastries, biscuits, noodles, instant noodles, and so on. Added: 0.5%~10%

3. Meats: ham, sausage, luncheon meats, sandwiches, meat, stuffing, etc. Added: 2.5%~20%

4. Dairy products: milk, soy milk, yogurt, milk, etc. Added: 0.5%~5%

5. Beverages: fruit juice, carbonated drinks. Added: 0.5%~3%
