Polydextrose is a type of dietary fiber that dissolves in water. Glucose polymers with certain sorbitol end-gatherings and citrus extract or phosphoric corrosive deposits attached to polymers by mono or diester linkages. They are obtained through dissolution. It's a white or grayish powder that dissolves quickly in water and has a 70% solubility. Sweet but not particularly distinctive. It provides medical services and can provide water and dietary fiber to the human body.
