PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

Allulose is natural Non-GMO low calorie rare sugar which made from corn starch. Allulose is a monosaccharide or simple sugar. it found in nature fruit such as raisins, figs, and kiwis. It has special functions beneficial to human health, such as regulating blood glucose, and is rated as the most potential sugar substitute by the US Food navigation network.

PHYSIOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTIC:


  • High sweetness: the sweetness of allulose is 70% of sucrose, and its sweetness intensity and sweetness curve are very similar to sucrose
  • Low heat: 0.4kcal/g
